How accurate are the measurements?

The measurements will be accurate up to 1 decimal place for all units on the digital measuring spoon, and correct to the nearest whole number on the pet food measuring scoop.

How long will my item take to arrive?

Our shipping times will generally be from 11-16 days once fulfilled, and fulfilment will take up to 3 business days.

How can I track my order?

An order confirmation email will be sent to you once the item is fulfilled with your tracking number: either of which can be used to track your order on our site or through the link provided in the e-mail.

What shall I do if my item is damaged/broken?

If your item(s) are damaged, please email us with proof of damages, and we will send you another item for free with no need to return your item. If you just would like a refund, we have a 30-day money back guarantee, and we will provide you with a refund and details about the return.

Why is my package taking longer than the shipping times provided?

If your item is taking longer than the shippping times we provided, this will probably be due to the fact that we have been taking lots of orders recently. We will send you an email confirming that your item is still arriving.
